Exhibition discussion with exhibitors, moderated by curator Peter Cook and SCI-Arc Director Eric Owen Moss - Friday, March 19, 6pm.
London Eight presents three main exhibitors, teachers from the Bartlett School of Architecture in London chosen by Peter Cook, each of whom have nominated a 'new face' exhibitor.

The exhibition examines recent works from the teachers/students and will include three-dimensional objects, bas-relief items, digital and handmade drawings and collages, projections, and models.
The London Eight exhibition architects and their proteges (architects are listed first/followed by proteges):

Marjan Colletti & Marcos Cruz/Yousef Al-Mehdari
Marcos Cruz is a Lecturer in Architecture/Studio Master of Unit 20 at the Bartlett School of Architecture UCL and a Senior Lecturer in Architecture/Studio Master of DS10 at the University of Westminster. Together with Marjan Colletti, he co-founded marcosandmarjan, a London-based atelier that combines experimental design research with practice and teaching of architecture.
Marjan Colletti is an architect, educator, researcher and author. He runs postgraduate design studios Unit 20 at the Bartlett School of Architecture UCL and DS10 at the University of Westminster in London.

CJ Lim/Pascal Bronner
CJ Lim is the founding director of Studio 8 Architects in the UK – an energetic multi-disciplinary and international award-winning practice in architecture, landscape and urban design. He is the Professor of Architecture and Cultural Design at the Bartlett UCL, and the Pro-Provost of University College London.

Mark Smout & Laura Allen/Johan Hybschmann
Laura Allen and Mark Smout are senior lecturers at the Bartlett School of Architecture, UCL where they are the Undergraduate Program Director and Postgraduate Thesis Director, respectively, and together they teach a Postgraduate Design Unit. Their teaching promotes the design unit as an architectural laboratory that merges with design and research practice. In particular the teaching focuses on landscape, innovative and appropriated technologies, and interpretations of environmental knowledge.
